Nidus Impact Consulting was created to help organizations doing good work build the conditions for meaningful sustainability. Our approach to strengthening organizational impact is rooted in both social psychology and rigorous data analysis.
We partner with nonprofit, clinical, and military-serving organizations to support quality research, evidence-based programming, and strong leadership development.

Meet Sarah
Strategic Psychologist & Founder
Raised in the Texas Hill Country, Sarah is a strategic psychologist dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations translate purpose into measurable impact. For nearly a decade, she has worked across healthcare, military-funded research, private industry, and nonprofit sectors. Sarah brings a unique vantage point to complex challenges by bridging rigorous research and effective business strategy,
Sarah is a published author in peer-reviewed medical and research journals, has consulted on Department of Defense–funded initiatives, presented clinical outcomes internationally, and led senior-level market research efforts resulting in multi-million-dollar partnership contracts. She also holds a trauma-informed care certification through The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Sarah earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her M.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Outside of her work, she enjoys birdwatching with her chocolate lab, River.
